One of my favourite Caribbean bakeries in DC is challenging us to Rock the Vote Trini style!

which one would you choose? I can already tell i’ll have a hard time selecting next week Friday night. Souk’s Aloo pies are a treat and I have a slight addiction! Stuffed with channa and mango chutney I try to savour the flavours, but it’s really hard not to devour them in seconds. I haven’t had their doubles as yet, but If they’re anything like their other baked goods, we might have a hard time voting.
