Founded in Washington DC in November of 2016 by World Known Bandleader, Saxophonist and Composer Luis Faife who have a long recognized career in the Jazz Field from Holguin , CUBA and World Singer, Composer, Guitarist Juan Del Risco from Havana, CUBA who have an extensive and recognized carrer as a Lead Singer. DC CUBAN ALL STARS reunite both Traditional Cuban Music and Modern Cuban Music call Timba in a unique Blend with Afro-Cuban Music, Rumba, Son and Elements of Jazz. Since the creation The Band has performed at The Kennedy Center for The Performing Arts, Organizations of American States, Hispanic Heritage Gala, Publick House Theater, Motor House in Baltimore, as well as regular Performances all over the DMV area.
