Back to Basics Entertainment and Hookie Life Entertainment are proud to announce the return of Shine to Washington, DC for Hookie Weekend, Saturday June 23rd. Shine has been missing from the D.C. area since 2011 and with its return, it is primed to be one of the biggest events for Hookie Weekend. 

Shine D.C. kicks off at 5:00 PM and goes until 10:00 PM. It will be the perfect endcap to Saturday morning’s Lion's Pride J'ouvert and will feature some of the best DJs in Soca from NYC, D.C., Miami and the Caribbean
